T's Preview

This is a preview of the new Canita T's. The idea is in development and I plan to go from here to a wider range of styles.

BETH joins the club

Today I received an e-mail from Silvia at Ni Neu store in San Sebastian. She told me that the singer Beth, who participated in OT and Eurovision, bought one of Canita's ties at the store. I found it funny. Beth, if you ever see this blog, please, send us a picture with your tie. REBEL Princess # 8

This is Daniela. She is a vivacious person and lives her live to the fullest. She works in the film industry and also writes and directs films. Photography is one of her many hobbies. I love the picture. Hope you like it too!

This is María. She is a beautiful person in every sense.
She is almost done with her Architecture Bachelor's Degree and then she will become a top architect. So... watch out!

This is Mariajo. All I know about her is that she is friend of María (above). It seems like she is having fun taking the pictures. What I wonder is what is that plastic wrap around her. Mariajo, please, tell us.

AT Fashion Coop

Here is a picture of Canita's booth. It was a great experience to be at this market. Ties worked very well and we had new members joining Canita's world.
I have to THANK Barbara, Naroa, Daniela, Alex, Alvaro, Gonzalo, Iñigo, Jesus and, of course, Nacho for all their support.
We made a good team!

REBEL Princess #3 & #4

These are Jen (left) and Samira (right). Both are 24 years old and live in LA. We met at Fashion Coop. Jen is a graphic designer, loves chocolate and hates spiders. Samira does many things including acting and tutoring. Let's welcome them to Canita's world.

A/W '05 collection inspiration

Autum/Winter '05 collection was the first Canita ties collection. I was inspired by all the major trends set by my favourite designers: Marc Jacobs, Chanel, Kenzo, Prada, Sonia Rykiel, Tsumori Chisato, Moschino.., among others. Here is my inspiration board.

This is Jimena. She is crazy as you can tell. I'm kidding! She is from Argentina but lives in Los Angeles.

This is Luisa. She is a friend from Pamplona and a brave woman. She was the first one to send me a picture wearing her tie. I think she looks great. She could be Canita's next model. Don't you agree?

Believe it or not, I don't like modeling. I just had to do it! My husband and I took these pictures at my family country house this summer. The day was beautiful and the sun was falling. This was done to show how the ties could be worn. Hope it helps!
